As a full-time consultant, I worked on new merchandising and marketing strategies, including streamlining assortments, digging into the Jack Spade heritage to inform the assortments, digging in to the archives to bring back key styles, focusing on top-line growth into new market segments. During my time Jack Spade I spearheaded an initiative for relevant collaborations, opening up key points of distribution, repositioning the brand and taking an omni-channel approach to product launches via e-commerce content and communications
